Faith Canvas Support

For app help, privacy questions, child-safety concerns, or deletion requests, contact support@pidpod.com. Faith Canvas is provided by PidPod, the applications brand of Bumfuzzle Inc., a Tennessee corporation.

What to include

The device type, such as iPhone, iPad, or Android.
The app version if visible in the app or store listing.
A short description of what happened.
Whether the question is about local journal reset, privacy, or store access.

Do not email a child's password, home address, school name, or private journal text.

Delete local app data

Faith Canvas keeps journals, favorites, verse art, and settings on the device for the Google Play launch build. Families can use the reset control in Settings or remove the app to clear local app data from the device.
